[The scene comes into focus as a long black limo pulls up into a busy downtown intersection. Sirens from a near buy hospital can be heard as this Sunday evening begins to wind down. The driver gets out of his car, where the sounds of 106.9 KROC is blaring from the speaker, playing "That's what I like" by Bruno Mars. As the driver steps around and opens the back door, we once again see ICW newcomer, Jack Diamond, emerge decked out in another top dollar wool and cashmere suit.]
Jack Diamond: Thank you Arthur, you can head on back to North Carolina, I think I'll fly back when I'm done with business here.
Arthur: Very well sir, as always it is my privilege. See you when you get home sir.
[Jack tips his driver who gets back in his car and drives off into the dusk setting, as Jack spots the camera.]
Jack Diamond: Wow, that didn't take long to find me but I guess when you stand out like a diamond in the rough like The ole Ace here, that's easy to spot.
[Jack looks around the scenery for a moment, smiles at the camera, exhales deep and continues]
Jack Diamond: Yeah, I see the look you are giving me. Everyone wants to know why Jack drove North. What is the road trip all about. Was it really just to stop at another casino and make even more money? Look, it's simple. We are in Rochester, Minnesota baby! It just so happens that my new employers are in town as well. Tomorrow night they will be jut down the block at the Civic Center and I intend on walking down there and checking it out. That's it, tomorrow night, I am just a fan. Will I be watching closely to some of the matches? Of course I will. These are the men I have put on notice. This company is still brand new, you see, and The Ace of Spades has decided to give these superstars a couple weeks to work the kinks out before they face someone of my magnitude. I don't want to go out there in front of the Diamond Club and lay an egg because my opponent couldn't match my level. It's not that I have anything against easy wins, but Jack Diamond likes challenge. So tomorrow night, Jack Diamond will be in the stands, with some popcorn, a soda, maybe even a beer or two, scoping things out. Maybe I will go to the T-shift stand and buy a Glory Hound shirt...maybe I'll get some crazy replica mask or a foam finger that says ICW is number one, after all pretty soon they will have to replace ICW with Jack Diamond on those. It should be fun, but if you will excuse me, I'm getting ready to walk over here to the Avis, line up a car rental for tomorrow and then check into the hotel behind us.
[Jack moves past the cameraman and as the shot pans out, Jack Diamond disappears into the car rental building that is connects to the side of The Kahler Grand Hotel. As the scene fades to black, we are all left wondering why Diamond rode all the way to Rochester to just watch the show.]
